AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

For all Australian orders, you can choose between the following Australia Post services 

• Standard Parcel Post - Free (delivery approx 3-5 business days after dispatch)
• Express Post - Fixed Rate $5 delivery approx 1-2 business days after dispatch)

• Please note if your order is placed after 2pm, it will be dispatched on the following business day
• If your order is placed on a Friday after 2pm or on a public holiday/weekends, it will be processed & dispatched the following business day.
• Taqesch Swim is not responsible for the damage/loss/theft of parcel once it has been dispatched.
• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking information 
• Taqesch Swim is not responsible for any damage/loss of parcels due to error from Australia post or incorrectly entered customer details. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For all international orders we offer a fixed rate depending on your location. Taqesch Swim is partnered with DHL E-Commerce

Your order will be dispatched within 1-2 business days. 

New Zealand: 3-5 business days 

Western Europe: 5-10 business days 

United States: 7-12 business days 

Canada: 7-12 business days 

Asia Pacific: 5-9 business days 

Rest of World: 9-15 business days

• Taqesch Swim is not responsible for any import charges, duties or taxes for international sales. Payment of these charges may be needed in order to dispatch or collect your item. Please familiarise yourself with your country's rules and regulations.
• Once your swimsuit has arrived in your country, it will be handed over to the local post office
• Please note during launches and sales there may be delays in dispatching your order 
• If you are not home during the delivery of your swimsuit, DHL E-Commerce will leave a slip for you to pick up at your local postal office
• Taqesch Swim is not responsible for any damaged/lost or stolen packages once your order has been dispatched. 
• The customer accepts all responsibilities for damaged/lost or stolen packages once you have submitted payment.
• The customer is responsible if their package gets returned to Taqesch Swim marked as incorrect address or unclaimed. Taqesch Swim does not offer free shipping back to the customer if this occurs.
