Taqesch Swimwear is proudly Australian Made, in limited edition. Every element of Taqesch Swim including labels, swing tags, packaging, accessories and hardware are sourced from Australian businesses. 

At Taqesch swim we are continuously making an effort to be sustainable, Taqesch has introduced 100% regenerated fabric that is made up of post consumer waste such as marine debris, fishnets and plastic. 

These materials are collected and transformed into yarn and knitting technologies which results in high quality fabric made in Italy. 

Our fabrics are then cut and created into a distinct piece right here in Australia.

I AM UNSURE ABOUT SIZING, WHAT SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?

We completely understand that it can be difficult to purchase swimwear online. We have created a sizing chart which you can find here.

All of our pieces are standard Australian sizing. If we recommend to go up or down a size, you will find it in the product description

We are constantly looking to expand our sizing range, and hope to do so in our next collection.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email that will include your tracking number. Delivery timeframes are dependent on your location and the option of shipping you have selected.

AM I LIABLE FOR CUSTOMS OR DUTIES ON MY ORDER?

Yes, you will be responsible for any import customs, duties or taxes that are applicable, determined by your local customs authority. Please check which customs, duties or taxes that are payable by you - regulations and guidelines differ by country. 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Please choose your items carefully. 

All Taqesch items are non-refundable. If you are wanting to exchange your items, please email hello@taqesch.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order with the Exchange Form to receive an exchange or store credit. We will review and process your exchange within 1-3 business days once received. 

Any final sale or mark down items can not be exchanged. 

All sale items are final and no refunds or exchanges are available. 

Taqesch Swim offers store credit only. Exchanges will be given as store credits for the price of the product/s you ordered to re-purchase a new order.

Please note that once tags are removed from the product, Taqesch Swim is not responsible for any damages that may occur nor will we accept exchanges.

Items that are laundered, worn or damaged will also not be accepted for exchanges.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEM/S?

1. Please complete our exchange form and email it to hello@taqesch.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order
2. We will reply back to you within 1-3 days with an approval or refusal 
3. If approved, please send back your item/s with a registered post incase of loss. Please provide your original invoice/packing slip
4. Once we receive your item back, we will process your store credit within 1-2 business days
5. You will be issued with a store credit which you can use at any time and make a new order with us 
6. Make a new order by signing in to your account and apply store credit code in the discount code section 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I RECEIVE MY ITEM AND IT IS NOT WHAT I ORDERED OR IT IS FAULTY?

All of our packages are inspected and thoroughly checked before being shipped to ensure the correct and highest quality items are being delivered to you. 

In the unlikely event that your order is incorrect or faulty, please email us at hello@taqesch.com.au with photo evidence for us to determine the error 

If approved, please send back your item/s with a registered post to our supplied address and the correct item will be sent back to you free of charge.

If you are located outside of Australia, please find currency selector in the top left hand corner and select the correct currency. Your order will be processed in your selected currency

WHERE ARE YOU BASED AND DO YOU HAVE A STORE?

Taqesch Swim is based in Melbourne, Australia and we are only an online retailer.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY SWIMSUIT?

Cold hand wash your swimsuit as soon as possible with gentle soap, make sure to rinse until all soap has gone. Do not tumble dry, iron or dry clean. Lay your swimsuit flat in the shade. 

Taqesch Swim is not responsible for any damages that the swimsuit may incur if cared for in the incorrect manner and no refund/exchange will be given.

ROSE GOLD CHAINS/HARDWARE:

Taqesch Swim has undergone thorough testing on our products. We use 316 stainless steel chains and clasps which is tested and proven to be the highest grade stainless steel, corrosion resistant metal for marine and chlorine environments.

The rose gold stainless steel chains on our items are delicate. Chain may need to be detached before dressing and re-attached after dressing.

Please note if you do not follow suggested instruction, the clasp may pull away from the fabric. This will void any liability on behalf on Taqesch and no refund/exchange will be applied.
