We want you to fall in love with your Taqesch pieces. If you are not 100% happy with your Taqesch purchase, simply return it in the condition you received it in and we will offer an exchange/refund.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

• Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase
• Original tags must be attached
• Items must be in original condition, no damages, unworn and unwashed

HOW TO RETURN WITHIN AUSTRALIA

• Please fill out the returns form here and email it to hello@taqesch.com.au
• Ensure all tags are attached and pieces are in original condition
• Send the pieces back to us via Australia Post with tracking. Please hold on to the tracking number
• Include the pieces you wish to return with the original invoice inside the package

Once your package is received by Taqesch, your refund/exchange will be processed immediately

Taqesch Swim is a limited edition label, which means, unfortunately not all sizes can be guaranteed to remain in stock. If you are seeking a sizing exchange please get in contact with us via hello@taqesch.com.au as soon as possible in order to arrange your exchange. 

All items must have labels and tags in original condition. Items must not be worn, washed or damaged and will not be accepted if they are in this condition.

The customer will cover the cost of shipping if an exchange/refund is required.

Taqesch Swim is not responsible for any returns lost in transit.

DAMAGES

Taqesch Swimwear hold a no warranty policy. Once tags are removed from your product, we are not responsible for any damages that may occur. 

Taqesch Swim is made out of the finest quality, however if not cared for properly, they will experience normal wear and tear over time.
