SKIN CARE FOR WINTER TO GLOW IN TAQESCH FOR SUMMER

Are you experiencing chapped lips, tight or dry skin? WELCOME TO WINTER, GODDESSES!! 

To show the cold air who's boss, we have come up with some ways you can keep your skin happy and hydrated through these colder days, from your brows to your feet!

 

1. Keep hydrated! We know how hard it is to resist a double espresso or a hot chocolate, but it may be time for you to swap that out for a green tea, which is an amazing source of antioxidants or keep hydrated with water!

2. Cold showers Soaking it up in a hot, hot showing in winter is what dreams are made of! however, the shock of going from cold air to a hot shower is actually terrible for your skin. Stick to luke-warm showers

3. Keep using SPF Even though it's freezing out and we are covered in 500 layers of clothing, doesn't mean we can skip the SPF. Using SPF is the number one way to keep youthful and radiant skin, yes please! 

4. Exfoliate! There are so many benefits to exfoliating, especially in the colder months! It will take off all of those dry, flaky skin cells and helps you regenerate new ones. Your skin will thank you! 

5. Sleep If you are not using your beauty sleep to its full potential, you're behind on the winter skin saviour formula. 8-9 hours sleep are vital in any season, especially winter! Skin creates new collagen while you sleep, preventing sagging! YES PLEASE!! I'll volunteer to be sleeping beauty!
